Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All international orders come with tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real-time.
We offer free shipping to USA and worldwide addresses, with no minimums.
Most international deliveries arrive within 7–15 business days. Factors such as customs clearance or local delivery networks may slightly extend shipping times.
Ordering is easy. You may ask your product advisor to send you an invoice, or simply add the product to your cart. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.

Orders may be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping (usually within 1–24 hours of placing the order). Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
All machines purchased from SalonMachines are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, environmental damage, consumables, bulbs, or glass parts. (View our full warranty policy).
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will arrange replacement parts, a new unit, or a suitable solution at no cost to you.
Yes. Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (See our full returns policy)
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
