To be eligible for the change of mind, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, all of the following criteria need to apply:
- Return must be requested by you, in writing, within 30 calendar days of order delivery date.
- Your item must be unused, in the same new condition you received it in, and returned in the original packaging.
- Return shipping arrangements and return shipping expense are both the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels of change of mind returns.
- You must ship your package to the address we will provide to you by email and inform us of the return tracking number.
- Your item must be shipped out within 7 calendar days of receiving return instructions in order for a refund to be considered.
- Consumables are not returnable not refundable, and if they were gifted you can keep them.
- PayPal transaction fees (if you choose this payment option) are not refundable.
- Credit card transaction fees (1.0%) are not refundable.
- T/T bank transfer fee (1.0%) are not refundable.
- If customs fees need to be paid to receive your returned package (for international orders), the amount of such fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Only the product cost will be refunded. Original shipping costs and inspection costs are not refundable. Therefore 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover these costs.
- All of the the above conditions apply regardless of the reason for your return request. Change of mind return requests and defective product return requests are all subject to the same conditions.
- Items kept in the client’s possession for more than 30 days from the date of delivery will strictly NOT be eligible for any refund, under any circumstances. You will, however, be covered by our warranty.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has elapsed since order placement, as MShape Beauty processes orders promptly for quick delivery. For cancellations or edits within this one hour timeframe, customers must contact support@salonmachines.com as soon as possible.
If your cancellation is accepted within the one hour timeframe, a full refund minus transaction fees will be granted.
- PayPal transaction fees (if you choose this payment option) are not refundable.
- Credit card transaction fees (1.0%) are not refundable.
- T/T bank transfer fee (1.0%) are not refundable.
Refunds:
A full refund minus transaction fees will be granted in the following situations:
- Your packages were rejected and returned to us by your country’s customs.
- Your packages were determined to be missing in transit by our our team.
- We rejected acceptance of your order
If any of the 3 above situations situations is confirmed by us, based on factual evidence or media provided, then your refund will be immediately fully processed. In these 3 situations the refund will be exactly equal to the full amount you had paid minus transaction fees. The refund will be sent back to the original payment method, and usually funds will be available within 3-10 business days. Please note:
- PayPal transaction fees (if you choose this payment option) are not refundable.
- Credit card transaction fees (1.0%) are not refundable.
- T/T bank transfer fee (1.0%) are not refundable.
If your package is rejected and returned to us due to rejection by yourself or anyone at your shipping address, only the product cost will be refunded. Original shipping costs and inspection costs are not refundable. Therefore 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover these costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, because it can take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund credit , even after 10 business days following delivery of your refund confirmation being sent to you, please contact us at support@salonmachines.com.
Options:
Instead of a full refund, we can send you a new machine again for free, assuming you never received your order due to the various reasons described above (rejected and returned by your customs, missing package, etc.)
Product Quality Guarantee:
Clients are entitled to a free replacement of the same item or a refund, if a product is delivered defective, delivered broken beyond repair, or if your received the wrong item. To avail of this guarantee, you must contact us by email and submit a video clearly demonstrating the defect, quality issue or wrong item issue. Your request must be made strictly within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the Product Quality Guarantee strictly does not cover physical or accidental damage resulting from misuse of the product, nor dissatisfaction with the product’s performance.
To receive a replacement machine or refund, you must send the defective/damaged/wrong product back to the address we will provide to you by email upon validating your request. On a case by case basis, and based on the sole discretion of MShape Beauty, we may offer a free return shipping label.
